The site itself is actually okay, which almost makes the support experience more frustrating. I had an issue and messaged customer support, but it took a few days before anyone got back to me. When they finally did, the reply was so short it felt like they were trying to be efficient, just not in a particularly helpful way. I ended up having to send another message and wait all over again. It’s not the worst experience I’ve had, and at least the site works fine for the most part, but their support definitely needs to be faster and more useful.

The approval process was slow, and what made it more frustrating was that nobody really followed up with me. I had to just sit around wondering what was going on, which wasn’t a great experience...

Had an issue on whoopea.com and reached out to customer support. They were nice. Friendly enough. And they did help me get it sorted in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. But yeah... the replies took a while. I also had to explain the same thing more than once, which got a little annoying. Overall, it was okay. Not great, not bad. If they were quicker to respond, I’d probably feel better about the whole thing

I was hoping for better matches, but the lenders I got didn’t really fit what I needed. The rates were, well, they were higher than I expected, and a few of the options felt kind of random. It just didn’t feel very tailored to me.

For me personally, the amounts felt a bit too low. I can see how it might work for someone who needs less or prefers smaller portions, but based on what I was expecting, it didn’t quite feel like enough

I tried using whoopea.com on my phone and it was kind of frustrating. The pages took longer than they should to load, some of the buttons were awkward to tap, and I had to refresh a few times just to keep things moving. It does technically work, but for a mobile site, I don’t think the experience is good enough

I applied and ended up getting denied, but I’m still not totally sure why. Maybe I missed something in the requirements, but the eligibility rules felt kind of unclear to me. I just wish the reason had been explained a little better.

I gave Whoopea a try, and while the process itself was straightforward, the interest rate felt way too high for what I needed. It just didn’t seem worth it once I saw how much I’d have to pay back. I also didn’t love how aggressive the reminders were, it felt like they were constantly nudging me, which got annoying fast. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the rates come down.

Pre-orders will take longer shipping time, but all are legit and authentic. They protect their boxes so well, better than PopMart. Sometimes they have really good deals while sometimes they sell at a higher price. This is how the Blind box market goes and I will definitely recommend Whoopea.

The account security seems okay overall. I can log in without issues, and I did get email alerts, so it’s not like they’re doing nothing. I’m not saying my account felt unsafe or that anything bad happened, because it didn’t. I just couldn’t really find clear info about things like 2FA or seeing recent login activity, and I feel like that should be easier to check. It’s decent enough, but I’d feel better if it looked a little more locked down.

I tried whoopea to look at a few loan options, and based on how these sites usually work, I was expecting my credit score to take some kind of hit. As far as I could tell, it didn’t, which was my biggest concern. The whole process was simple and didn’t take much effort. I’m taking off one star because the follow-up emails started to feel like the same pattern over and over, and it was a little much after a while.

Not gonna lie, I applied thinking the money would come through fast, but that definitely wasn’t the case. The funding part ended up being slower than I expected and a little frustrating. I kept checking my account, and nothing showed up for quite a while. If you need cash right away, I probably wouldn’t rely on this site. The overall process wasn’t terrible, but the wait time was really disappointing.
